In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the management of “Les Colombes”.
Tariff
The tariff is for a room for 2 people inclusive T.V.A. and entrance to the pool when available.
A room is rented from check in 01:00pm to 11:00 am check out the next day. A key deposit is requested in return of the key, failing to do so the management keeps the deposit.
The guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
Settlement Of Bills
Bills must be settled either by cash or by card upon check in.
We ask for full amount as a deposit to secure your reservation.
Full refund is given if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to the arrival day. No-shows and cancellation received less than 72 hours before will not be subject to refund.
Departure
Check out time is at 10:00 am. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room by the agreed time we shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the occupied room.
Damage and Theft
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed.
We are not responsible for theft or damages in the room. Please place your valuables (money and jewelry) in the safe box at reception.
The guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the rooms, the garden or equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors. Theft of linen and towels are not tolerated.
Theft, aggression or crimes will be reported to the local police agents.
Lost and founds are stored for 3 months.
Sound and Nuisance
Ambient noise and low music is tolerated until 12:00 am on weekdays and 2:00 am on weekends.
Loud music and sound systems are strictly not allowed.
During the silent time (after 22 p.m.) no traffic is allowed in the camp. Radio and TV sets, musical instruments, laud singing and shouting are not allowed.
Conduct of guests and persons using services of the camping should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The management has the right to refuse service to a person violating the above rule.
Environmentally responsible
It is expected of guests to throw their garbage in the bins. Please ask for garbage bags at reception if you need more.
guests that leave the room very dirty and with damages will not be welcomes back.
Do not throw cigarette butts on the floor or anywhere in the garden. We pick them up manually. Please dispose of them responsibly.
Do not break glass bottles on the cliff or at the beach.
Think Nature friendly; moderate your consumption of water and electricity.
Only environmentally (biodegradable) soap should be used for outside showers (our little soaps are eco friendly).
Please do not make any changes, alterations, additions, improvements or decorations to the premises either internally or externally.
Dishes should be washed up when used in kitchens.
Parking
Parking is free of charge when renting a room; we are not responsible for any damage or theft happening in the parking and/ or to the cars. Please park in designated areas only.
Safety
Swimming is at your own responsibility.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Because of the immanent danger of fire, it is strictly forbidden to light fires.
Extinguish the cigarette butt before throwing it away, don't throw lit matches, and extinguish candles before going to sleep.
Barbecue is permitted with charcoal and in a BBQ grill only. Minimize fire risk by ensuring there are no trees above the grill, and that ashes are completely extinguished before throwing them away. Always have water nearby.
The speed limit for the motor vehicles inside the camp is 10 km/h.
Please be safe and respect the limits of the cliff.
For everyone’s safety pets are not allowed.
Pool regulations
Strictly NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, NO LOTION, NO TANNING OIL NO TOILET PAPER, NO CHARCOAL IN THE POOL.
Please take a shower every time you enter the pool.
Confetti and cotillion or any other kind that pollutes the floor and or the pool is prohibited.
No loud music, or yelling or karaoke.
Glass and other breakable objects are not allowed in and around the
swimming pool.
No fighting, pushing, jumping or diving.
Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, nudism and religious or political debates are strictly prohibited in the premises.
Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not a part of the room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.
Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premise. Immoral behavior and aggression will not be tolerated.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
The management may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the hotel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.
Guests are not allowed to carry out activities or to make money without taking permission.
Guests are not allowed to ask for services from staff member. Tips are forbidden.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations.
During catering and alcohol selling events in the camping, we are not responsible of declaring the taxes on profit made by a third party.
The management reserves to itself the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
